"Apartamento confortável e bem localizado, nos atendeu perfeitamente em nossa curta estadia. Ao lado tinha uma pequena conveniência mas que atendeu todas as nossas necessidades e podíamos passear pelas lojinhas do calçadão todas as noites, onde também tem muitas opções para alimentação. O café da manhã do hotel (pago à parte) também estava bem gostoso. A anfitriã Lorena sempre me respondeu rapidamente e foi muito solícita quando necessário. "Durante nossa hospedagem no quarto 408, enfrentamos os seguintes problemas: * Indisponibilidade da internet; * Entupimento da pia do banheiro; * Falhas no funcionamento da televisão; * Problemas no ar-condicionado. Embora essas ocorrências tenham sido comunicadas diversas vezes à recepção, parte delas permaneceu sem solução por vários dias. No quarto dia de estadia, foi oferecida a transferência para outro quarto, sob a informação de que seríamos avisados assim que a acomodação estivesse pronta após a limpeza. Entretanto, aguardamos mais de cinco horas sem retorno adequado e recebemos informações inconsistentes, o que nos obrigou a procurar esclarecimentos repetidamente na recepção. A nova acomodação só foi disponibilizada por volta das 14h30, após o registro formal de nossa insatisfação junto à direção do hotel. Até então, não houve explicações claras sobre a demora nem previsão confiável para a transferência. Nesse intervalo, ficamos sem acesso a qualquer quarto, pois já havíamos desocupado a acomodação anterior e ainda não tínhamos recebido a nova. Embora imprevistos técnicos e operacionais possam ocorrer, o principal problema foi a falta de transparência e de comunicação adequada durante todo o processo. Como consequência, perdemos uma parte significativa de um dia de férias aguardando informações que poderiam ter sido fornecidas de forma clara e objetiva."

"Great hotel for families and couples alike. Excellent location with easy access to the lovely beach. Good pools but not many sun loungers and the areas around the pools is not big. Stronger WiFi. Decent breakfast. The only downside że was a strong smell of cooking early in the morning in our room."

"Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "
