Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of food choices.

We opened up the pullout bed and there was dried rice in there. There also were not any sheets on the pullout. The hotel sends an email telling you to text a number for any room requests, which I did to get clean sheets. After I didn’t get any response for half an hour, I called housekeeping. The phone queue just to talk to someone in housekeeping was 15 minutes. After I was finally connected, they said they would send someone within an hour (which would be a total of 1h 45 min since I first reported the issue, and it was nighttime and I have kids that need to go to bed). While waiting, I was going to use the glass water cups to drink something and discovered they both had lip prints on them. The next day, I texted the number again and asked for 4 items, of which I received 1 (and no confirmation text that my request was received). Housekeeping also picked up and put with my toiletries a Bobby pin that wasn’t mine, and I found one on the floor as well, from a previous guest I assume. Finally, upon checkout the person at reception asked how my stay was and I said “hit and miss” and he said “good!” and handed me my invoice, which leads me to think that no one really cares about or listens to your answer. The room was big and there were three beds which is what we needed, and the a/c worked well. But was this a 5 star experience? I would say not.

I like this hotel because it is convenient to access and park at—unlike some large hotels where you have to walk a long way to reach your room or get to the garage. Also, the absence of a casino makes it an excellent choice for families with children. Of course, the environment is quiet, the facilities are clean and well-equipped, the price is affordable, and a free breakfast is included. If the price remains the same, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.
