We do apologize for inconvenience during your stay, we value your feedback, but we regret that you told us your bad experience just when you check out and you just said afraid with the Caterpillar that come into your room and the rest are good, then we cannot do anything to make a better services upon your stay. Well, let us explained a little bit, our hotel concept is garden and there are many trees around our hotel, besides that Bali is tropical island, that is why some insects and worm/centipedes will be here although we already make a treatment regularly by our pest-control. We think Caterpillar that you meant is small black centipede, this is not dangerous, it will not bite you or cause of skin sick (itch). This small black centipede will always come when rain season, we already do our best to keep clean our hotel area from insects and caterpillar/centipede.
