"Absolutely incredible! Could not speak more highly about Peppers! We just spent the most beautiful week with our parents & 2 daughters in a gorgeous villa which accommodated us perfectly! The staff could not be more helpful, they are all beautiful & nothing is too hard for them. The location is fabulous - so close to everything in Seminyak & the added convenience of the shuttle & buggy service makes it so simple to get around - rarely having to get any extra transport unless if was for a day...

"The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews. "My partner and I had a great stay at the Daun! Overall the room was great, the pool was lovely (and always clean!), the jacuzzi was comfortable, and the happy hour (from 3-10pm!) was an absolute vibe. Above all of this was the standout staff - they were lovely, so helpful, and always smiling. The things that didn't land our stay at 5/5 were: our shower had a drainage problem which meant we couldn't run the shower for long before the water flowed onto our bathroom floor (a minor issue). "A great place to stay, the only reason it lost one star was because of hot water issues until they moved me to another room. The staff are the real gem here. Above and beyond. A special mention goes to a gentleman by the name of Sucita. His service, cultural knowledge and dedication to his work are above reproach. I shall return. "

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"
