Staff's service and attitude were very good. Condition of the rooms wasn't that good. soundproofing was very bad that I barely slept much due to noises from other rooms as well as the corridors.

Always a friendly greeting and smile from all of the staff any time of the day or night. Nothing is to much trouble when you ask the staff for help about anything. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing hotel in a very friendly country. The hotel is a very good example of Bali
