From the time we checked in at the front desk our stay was just going downhill. The young lady at the front was extremely rude to other customers as well as myself and my wife. They put us in a handicap access room. The toilet ran all night long. Tried to turn the water off and it wouldn't shut to stop the toilet. Tried calling to complain and nothing got done. Sofa bed had no sheets and blankets. No amenities in the room. Not even a BIBLE! At checkout we spoke with another woman that said she had to relieve the rude woman with hella complaints. But couldn't offer a discount or voucher for another stay. Sad that this was a courtyard by MARRIOTT. Won't be returning here even if they paid ME!!
