"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."

I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with. "Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Great location. I had the one of the two top floor units and it was plenty big and very well done. The bathroom might have been the size of the whole room. Even with its location the resteraunts around arent open super late so noise isnt an issue. Parking was difficult. It is literally find a street parking spot and pay (wasnt too bad on price) but your car is gonna be blocks from the accomodation most likely. Also check in and checkout are at a restaraunt. But property owner never seemed far...

"Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team. Animation team, reception, everyone else, super friendly and attentive, especially with our little boy. Big tnx!"
