"Great location in the center of town. Had front facing room with nice view of the square….staff extremely helpful and the lobby area is very open with a useful section for computer use…. Very busy in a good way… many travelers passing through….lively but room was quiet, clean, modern … Only bugaboo is no parking…(but same I believe with all downtown hotels in Reykj…)had to navigate complex parking rules on city streets…but overall fantastic stay and would return anytime."

"Room was great, as was the spring fed pool. I’m site restaurant was very good as well. Fitness equipment is well below average for a hotel of this quality. There was a large event that woke us up several times in the middle of the night as well."
