"The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor.
Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

"Rooms and furniture out dated , small. Of tobacco present , far from the city if you have a car it is ok and quiet .
We had to pay for a breakfast and coffee took advantage of us and very poor quality food .
Staff were not nice at all , I don’t recommend this hotel at all "

"The Pera Side Hotel is very close to the Temple of Apollo and all the historic sites. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and tge staff is very friendly and welcoming! The Pera Side is a very good place to stay when visiting Side! "
"New aparthotel has fabulous pool area. Lovely and clean. Only negative was the irritating loud piano style pool music at 9.30 in the morning that could be heard on the balcony and in the room if the doors were open "

Facilities were great for self-catering everything you need for what it is the price was brilliant and the hotel room was bigger than expected with a huge balcony and a lovely view to go with it
