"Shower had cold water, air conditioning was not cold and not sure if sheets were clean-found a long hair in them. "

"The room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, dirty floors, trash under the bed, brown stained tub. But it was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. We were helped quickly when we needed it, and left alone when we didn’t, and I was able to bring my puppy. The new kitchenette in the rooms are a nice addition to the remodel."

"There was a putrid smell in our room. The staff said it was due to a paper mill in the area (although this was a Sunday) and moved us to another room. The smell was less obvious there but still present. It smelled like sewage. The smell seemed to pervade the entire area, even when we checked out. The television reception was poor and kept “stuttering.” Also the bed was much too soft and the bed linens were very thin, likely needed replacement. There was no ice bucket in the room."

"Two areas for improvement: 1. Staff should be outgoing and friendly towards guests. Speak up, don't mumble or grunt when replying to a question. Act like you're happy to have a guest, not annoyed. 2. Breakfast items (eggs, sausage, even the coffee) were only slightly warm, not hot. I learned to take my breakfast back to the room and warm it in the microwave."

"Wish there was a pool and complimentary breakfast. Room had a few missed spots that’s needed cleaning (window sill, counter top around the coffee pot, pull out sofa bed) "

"Not a 3 star hotel, more like 2. Not thoroughly cleaned- water spots on shower faucet & temperature control which made me think they had not been cleaned. A few hairs in sink, on towel, and in one bed. Tub had some stains and a poorly repaired safety grip. Otherwise the condition of the room was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not stay there again."
