"There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bedroom. The sensor light cannot be turned off so it was bright all night and I couldn't sleep. The gym is worn down and the bicep machine seat is on the ground with all dumbbells missing their matching pairs."
