A beautiful hotel on the banks of the Rhein. Our room had a balcony with wonderful views. Staff were helpful and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially when we did not understand all the German instructions!). The choice at breakfast was vast! The pools are accessible and clean- having robes in the room with slippers and a bag to take poolside made it easy! The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to sit. We stayed in a room without a balcony but had patio doors that opened and an amazing view over the harbour- not noisy at night! The room had all...

A comfortable overnight stay. Despite being next to the railway line it was incredibly quiet. Room was clean but ready for a refurbishment.
All members of the staff were very helpful.

Exce;;ent hotel only a short distance from the centre of Rudesheim and the bank of the Rhine. Good breakfast choice and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant served excellent food.

Easy to find with SatNav. Friendly reception staff. Room was lovely, though wasn't garden view (facing the roof with a bit of countryside beyond) and no slippers as suggested on website. Lovely comfortable bedding, no fan or air conditioning but a nice breeze in the hot September morning. Breakfast was fine with standard continental choices. Ample parking and Wi-Fi worked OK. If we had more time we would have enjoyed a game of table tennis in the garden!

The building is lovely and in keeping with the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and serve you a plentyful breakfast, they even told us to make up some rolls for lunchtime.
The bed was comfy and the room size was fine, the bathroom was a bit snug but okay. Location is excellent, it's been extremely hot , so we have been out early when its cool, really good chilling in the park bar in the afternoon under the shade , in deck chairs watching the ships and birds on the Rhine. Highly...

Loved this hotel!!!!! Quality. Wonderful room. Spacious, comfy and quiet. Great pool and sauna. Superb restaurant. Great food and wine. Slightly disappointing breakfast (limited). Awesome area with views and walks. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again.
