"I booked this accommodation around 3 PM, and only after 5 PM did the host inform me that they had overbooked and offered me a completely different room—not what I reserved. When I arrived around 6:30 PM, the host literally yelled at me like a lunatic, claiming there were no rooms left, without giving me a chance to speak or explain. The situation was absurd and shocking. As a result, I was left without a place to stay and didn’t find a hotel until after 10 PM.
To make things worse, I contacted the host for a refund and received no response. I also reached out to the platform, and they said the host refused to issue a refund. This is completely outrageous and unacceptable. I highly suspect this isn’t the first time this host has done something like this.
Avoid this listing at all costs."
