"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. The two best things about it are the location, only meters away from the beach with a designated bus stop, and the fantastic very german breakfast. Two things they can be working on is optimizing the set up of the furniture inside the room and the wifi reception. There was no wifi reception in the room on our phones. The wifi on my laptop was very weak. You had better wifi in the hallways...

"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"A beautiful hotel in a breathtaking location. The room was well apointed and had a beautiful sea view. The location is exceptional, however, based on the price point, there a few moans. The guest internet was down from the Wednesday to the Sunday, with a standard, we will talk to our IT department, but with no change in the situation. If I had needed to work, it would have been a nightmare. A modern hotel needs to offer connectivity. This has cost me in additional roaming charges. Also charging 28 euros to move your car 3 meters, is more than a bit excessive."
