"Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich war es neu, dass ich den Roomkey benutzten musste um mit dem Aufzug zu fahren. ein Hinweis im Aufzug hätte mir die Schrecksekunde erspart als ich dachte ich wäre steckengeblieben. Mein Zimmer war 4104, ziemlich weit ..."

Cleanliness could be better but great location.
"Had trouble using a code for the room but thankfully was able to fix this quickly via whatsapp. There were stains on a chair and the toilet wasnt clean 😒. Also looked like there were pee stains on the walls in the corridor. Great location though."
