"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The view of the mountains is absolutely wonderful and made the stay even more special. The location is also great — close to the city centre, while still offering a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The only small downside for me was that the mattresses were quite soft, but this is really a matter of personal preference. Overall, I was truly impressed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay with our 2 children. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, and this was perfect - lots of space and storage. We loved the kids pool area and waterslide, as well as the large outdoor pool which was amazing on a sunny day. The food was really good and varied, our kids also loved it. Great location and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!"

"There's reception only until 3 pm. We arrived a bit later and the check-in process is terrible. No one to talk to (especially since I only have eSim and there's no WhatsApp option for a call. The process and details were not clear. The key was left in a safe, but there were 2 envelops in the same safe. We went to the wrong room, and in the last second, other gust so that we're not sure, and told us to be careful with this mistake since they got in the wrong room and were charged extra for cleaning. The apartment is great, in great location. I have the fact that I have to clear the trash and go to smelly trash room on vacation or I'll get more fines. Other than that, the stuff are very helpful, service is great."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was lovely, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment, which was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. Great location is a beautiful town."

"Room was spacious and clean. Location was good, right on the bus route. The bus system is amazing and included with the Guest Card. Drop off and pick up at the trail heads. We were lucky to stay during a promotion with a couple of local restaurants, which was a special treat. We loved having a deck with a table and chairs! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making the area look inviting. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of the town with good access to shops and ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again. It had everything that we needed."
