"Was put in a smoking room when my reservations says non-smoking I was able to capture the booking details called the owner the day after I realized that I was in the smoking room she argued and chewed me out and demanded that I booked the smoking room which I knew I hadn't so I was able to locate my reservation online and called the person that I booked the hotel through hot hotels and they've been giving me the runaround so if I don't get a full refund back I will be filing a small claims report I have asthma and bronchitis I have breathing machine and I have an asthma pump due to being around people that smoke and I have a serious asthma bronchitis issue and it's against the law for them to place you in a room especially when you didn't ask for a smoking room"

"The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental breakfast. There were dry biscuits, but no gravy or jam. The coffee was cold and you could choose dry cereal, or oatmeal. I didn’t try the milk."

"The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. "

"Super Friendly Staff! When checking he made sure I understood the fees, quick, easy and informative on how to find my room. Room was spacious. Not extremely fancy but not bad for the price. A nice and quiet stay, would stay again."

"Not to bad. Housekeeping didn't understand English. Had to go up front to request towels and cleaning my room. Breakfast could have better varieties for hot items. Gravy and differant meats plus eggs could be better. Noticed when walking my dog. Alot of shady stuff going on behind hotel. That makes you feel a little worried. Staff needs to pay alot more attention to that. I'm a 24 year Veteran and I know what was going on. Staff should to."
