I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money.
