"Amazing location overlooking Coral Beach which is a nice quieter end of Mirissa beach enjoyed by locals. The room was very clean but the air con dripped a lot creating pools of water on the floor and the bathroom was incredible hot and humid as it has a vent to the outdoors and a heavy door so the aircon can’t flow in. Really lovely staff and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. "
"We stayed in the ocean view room. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The staff was good. There is no daily house keeping, which was fine for us, they did ask of we needed any new towels or toilet paper. The location was great and overall it was a good experience. The food wasn’t the best. Also the music was super loud every night. We were able to sleep through it since we were exhausted, but it is something to be aware of. The other thing that really bummed us out was they had an adorable golden retriever locked in a cage and we only saw him out once in our multi day stay…why have the dog? Definitely made us sad to see him in there every day. "

Rooms are a great size. Only negative was a very noisy peacock living close by, but we had ear plugs so it didn't disrupt our stay.
