The Oceanside, a Coast Hotel
Everything was great. The TVs could use upgrading so that guests can either cast or use streaming apps. The reception kept getting interrupted while watching anything. A little disappointing but everything else was outstanding.

The Parkside Hotel & Spa
Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Tranquil lobby to hang out in with a lovely cafe attached. Huge lap pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with kitchen gear. We would definitely return!

Divya Sutra Plaza and Conference Centre, Vernon, BC
The staff at the front desk was excellent, able to work under the pressure. She brought my cooler to upstairs due to my knee problems. I am very appreciate such caring attitude. The room was basically clean. All equipment worked well. I am pleased and will book again in the near future.
