Villas undergoing updating so some parking is not yet paved. One of us uses a walker. Moiz (reception) changed our villa to an ocean view with paved parking directly in front of unit. Greatly appreciated. Beautiful view of water. Rooms clean and nicely renovated.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. We would stay here again. The building is old but newly updated and nice. The view is amazing. The staff are fantastic. The area is beautiful. A few things we noticed - the drainage makes some kind of weird noise at all hours of the day. So in the middle of the night we would hear bubbling and dripping and water running for long periods of time.

This was a great place for a quick overnight trip. One of the things we didn’t like was the one bed was very squeaky so every time you moved, it would squeak but other than that it was good.

The hotel room they put us in was extremely old, no heat in the bathroom, broken window blinds, small, beds were horribly uncomfortable, no where to sit in the room, one face cloth to share, only half a roll of toilet paper. Extremely loud( put us in between a crying baby’s, and a barking dog, with little sound barrier) this room was worth about $50 a night, at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Just meh. Such a great spot and potential. Clean, but pretty cheap construction. Weirdly got called by them a couple of times the day we checked in, first they tried to talk me into changing rooms then called later in the evening to see how things were which was a little weird imo.

On the plus side, the location on hwy 101 was nice with a view of the ocean. However, the room was rather small, the window blinds did not function properly and a message left for us at the front desk by my cousin was not delivered to us.

Everything about our last minute stay was great! The only negative thing I could say is there is black mold in the bathroom which is a cause for concern for the owners and the clientele.

Black mold in the bathroom - on the ceiling and wall above the shower. Look up and you will see it. I was concerned about the air I was breathing while using the bathroom. I am a bald man and I didn’t appreciate seeing the long strands of hair left over in the bathroom from the previous person. The mattress was well past due and destroyed my back after only two nights. The beds also slide all over the floor. If they had carpet this wouldn’t happen. The synthetic wood floor was dirty and left my white socks black after only a few minutes of walking without shoes. The rainfall shower head is nice and the water pressure was good. The mirror is very nice with the built in light and anti fog system. The sink faucet when turned on sprays everywhere when brushing your teeth, washing your face or your hands. It’s a poor combination of sink and faucet. The refrigerator did not work at all and the TV was very old and dimly lit - even after adjusting the settings. I am not visiting the coast to watch TV but at least give me something to look at when it’s raining outside. Walls are not well insulated and I could clearly hear the conversations of others from either side of my room. This is property is not for intimate occasions. The staff were friendly and because they were sold out, I didn’t raise a stink while visiting as there was nothing they could do for me. Mold removal takes longer than just a brief wipe down.

I reserved a beach view room. My room was ground level and the first view was of the parking lot (my car conveniently out front), the second view was of the highway (very noisy) and then finally the beach. It wasn't worth the extra $. Room was recently renovated, it looked good, but the quality cheap and not standing up to the wear and tear of a hotel room. Blinds were flimsy, broken and did not keep out the light. Coffee maker didn't work, VERY MINIMAL dishes in kitchenette (a wine glass would have been nice). Hosts were nice enough to help me change rooms, the second room was only incrementally better.

he location is great but these should not be called villas. The property has had a superficial renovation, but the roof leaks and the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise from the neighbours and the parking lot. Had to switch the fridge off at night, it was so loud, as well as the air conditioning.

#1 was right facing the water and boardwalk which was nice. Parking right out front the door. For the space that was there, it was utilized well (2 bedrooms, 2nd bedroom through a sliding barn door). Recently updated, so it was nice in that regard. Wall mounted AC unit was loud, but didn't bother us. Was nice that it was dog friendly, however in the Expedia listing it didn't mention at an additional fee ($20/night), but luckily I noticed it on the hotel website and messaged them notifying we're bringing our dog.
