"Everything was very clean and big rooms"

"We liked the suite we stayed in, the space was just right for our family! We check-in and out with the same FD Agent, who was only on his second shift ( just started) and he was great! He was kind, friendly, personable and hospitable!! His great personality made for a great start to our stay! Breakfast was great but think they had full house so space was limited to sit and eat properly and some food items that ran out took a time to be replenished. But, overall pretty good! There were minor issues with not enough towels, washcloth and bedding but this was resolved! Thank you!"

"First I would like to say we’ve stayed here many times and had a great experience on every one of those occasions, but on this trip, we stayed in a room that we’ve never stayed in before. It was terrible. The plywood sheeting under the carpet was buckled and had holes in it. The floor above our room was in the same condition and every step of the people above was a hammer fall. It was a long night. There was a mechanical room below for the elevator, it vibrated everything in our room for long periods of time, and when It finally stopped, it was only a few minutes before it started up again. Don’t stay in room 226. It’s not worth what we paid. On a positive note, the included breakfast was great as usual, the pool was a blast and they always have clean towels."

"The location is perfect for downtown events. The marina views were great. We stayed in the corner room just above the marina… The general condition of this hotel is lacking, money definitely needs to be put back into the place and the rooms need to be cleaned better. "

"Restaurant ✅ Great! Staff! ✅ Great! Facilities…….oh no no no. Beds might as well been surplus from the local jail. Horrible, rooms poorly designed with a $10 budget . If you’re looking for something close to the beach this is perfect. If you’re a traveler that likes to spend a lot of time in the room. This place will make you miserable"

"Don't know who cleans the rooms, but I used the same towels 7 days, brought out the trash daily& bought my own coffee& t.paper. Also super poor wi-fi if able to connect."

"My husband and I love this hotel! From the first time we stayed here 4 years ago, it’s been an anniversary favorite! The breakfast is always fresh, they have beautiful amenities including fruit infused water, cookies, and a wonderful chowder every evening! Everyone we have come into contact with hélas been so kind and helpful! "
