"No complaints about how the hotel was clean and maintained, but the location is very far from anything like being isolated, one hour away from downtown & 10 mins away from the bus station. The shuttle service is very very poor, only available at the hour, we had to wait for 70 mins at the airport ..."

"This was my first time stay at Hotel Murano and I loved it. The room was clean. It was the middle of a heat wave but the AC worked great. The bed was SUPER comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant and bar staff. I wish I had gotten their names ..."
