"The outside could really use a remodel. The screen doors that are framed on the inside and open on the outside are unappealing. My door did not work properly which was a safety risk and the staff honestly could have slowed down at introduction. Check-in was fast but almost too fast. Other than that room smelled great beds was clean and it was close enough to the rodeo for us to walk"

"I was told to come to the front desk 30 minute a prior to my appt at MD Anderson there wasn’t anyone there. I walked around hello anyone here for 20 minutes before a man appeared. I was late for my appt needless to say. Also noted three occasions three different roaches in room 214. Rooms were clean but obviously they have a big issue and I will NOT be staying again. "

"This property was much better than expected. Not something you’d expect in the medical district but a pleasant surprise. There was a strong odor on the floor I was staying on but once inside the room it was no issue. My room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Shiv was an excellent help! The valet is also very convenient and I loved being able to text them when I needed my car. Amazing 1st time experience."

"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I want my money back."

"Disappointed in this property! Unaware of daily parking fees when booking our room. Very run down hotel with sloppy, half done renovations in an attempt to make it look better than it is. Paint on the furniture and couch, outdated bathroom with a broken leaky shower faucet, broken ice machine on our floor. The carpet in our room hadn’t been vacuumed from previous guests… There were wood shavings and dog food kibble remnants. I was on edge sleeping in this room. Felt like I was duped into staying here by the photos. "
