Lift out of action - not helpful - Best Western need to sort this pronto Spa & Pool: closed for refurb - needs sorting. Breakfast and Bar meals....good."

"Lovely historic coaching inn in the centre of Boston, a great terrace overlooking the river. The room was small but comfortable, but there is no lift if you should need one . The room was hot and the fan very noisy and inefficient due to its age. The receptionist tried to find a better one but was unable to."

Reception desk is inside the pub, a quick word with the bar staff and someone came to check me in so no issues as reported in other reviews. Air con in room was a major bonus as stayed on a very hot day. Meals in the pub (dinner and optional breakfast) were excellent."

"Great nights sleep in a spotlessly clean room with lovely views over the golf course. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good food at a very reasonable price.
