"Rude untrained incompetent staff! We woke up freezing around 1 am & called the front desk to inform them we had no heat, I checked the thermostat & discovered the batteries were dead. We asked the night desk clerk for 2 aaa batteries, he became agitated & refused, he said if they had any they were in the utility room on the top floor & he can't leave the desk, I recommended he call a co-worker & he claimed he could not as it was against company policy! He asked for time to figure out a solution, stating he would call back in a while. About 10-15 minutes later he called & said we need to pack up & move to another room, I informed him that we are 2 disabled senior citizens & it would be very painful for us to do that especially in the middle of the night & recommended he give us the batteries out of the thermostat in that room, he became angry & started yelling at us stating he's not qualified to change batters & it could cause a fire & demanded we pack up & move & if we refused to move there is nothing he can do for us! I called head office customer service only to discover there wasn't any other than M-F 9-5, I explained our problem to a booking agent & I think he called the Hotel manager who showed up with 2 batteries. When I explained the terrible treatment we received from his employee, we received NO apology & when I asked what he was going to do about it, he told us he's not doing anything because we refused to pack up & move in the middle of the night."
