The front desk gentleman did what he had to do the check is in. I had to ask him where our room was. The room was decent. The bathroom was unclean. Toilet, walls and floor were very dirty.

The hotel and room were great however our room was located near the bar which had several game tables, pool table, etc. It drew a crowd of people, very loud and noisy up until past 10.00pm. Very disappointed, would have liked to know this before booking. Suggest calling for reservations and ask for a room on opposite end of the restaurant and bar.

Very weird property - dive bar kind of vibes in the bistro, generally loud. Rooms have windowed walls facing out into the lobby, atrium, or windowless hallway. Very strange setup. Shabby area around hotel.

The hotel was pleasent but on the higher side compared to other hotels around. We booked it to enjoy the pool but unfortunately it was filled with children all the time we were there. Parents had group birthday parties for there children. Great for parents bad for people staying in hotels planning on using the pool. We finally tried the pool at 9:30 after the children were gone but there were no towels and the pool was very cold. Either bad time if or be prepared to share with the kiddos if you are planning on using the pool.

Lights did not work well, toilet had issues flushing, the room was noisy, the alarm went off in the middle of the night. The room was overly hot. Not a great experience.

The pool area was cool even though I didn’t go swimming. The bar/restaurant on site was pretty good. Decent food for an ok price. Wi-Fi was not that fast

The folks at checkin were grest and friendly. This is a large, rambling hotel that could mean a lot of walking. I got a handicap accessible room and it was fine, clean and quiet. At the Bistro, as the only diner, i was surprised it took over half an hor after placing my order to get the sandwich and fries (the fries were cold). The chicken sandwich was good and hearty, but i was then running late and had to have half of it boxed to go. Parking is easy. There is a bar next to or part of the Bistro. There is also a pool table, electronic games. A swimming pool are all good attractions.

Morning restaurant staff
Only thing I didn’t like. No coffee in the morning, you had to go to the restaurant. I stood there for five minutes and no one asked me what I wanted. I just wanted a morning coffee. So later I went back down to the restaurant. Seated myself. Waited 10 mins for coffee and to place my order.

No soap. No one knows how to work the TV. No directional signs except for room numbers. Only one ice machine, No clue where anything in the city is. The room was nice.

Clean, nicely appointed and good location
Location is great for what we needed. Nicely appointed rooms with barn door in front of bathroom, nice carpet and very comfy beds. Nice to have the refrigerator in room. It was very clean. They have a nice restaurant on site. Indoor pool made hotel smell of chlorine, but our room was on the outside away from the odor. Staff was helpful and friendly.

At the end of a day of travel to find the hotel had a full service restaurant and bar was great. We did not have to leave the premises. Staff were very helpful as well.
