"Room was clean but bedside lamps were not working and front desk staff did not help to solve the issue, second bed mattress was awfully hard. Special thanks to the staff from the restaurant inside the hotel (10 vagues) who served us with kindness while we arrived at 10 pm, exhausted."

"We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years and had very good experiences but this time was horrible. There were bus loads of young teens staying at the hotel and they were totally out of control banging on everyone’s door, running up and down the hallways and screaming…this is no exaggeration! There were adults with them but they didn’t seem to care. I asked them to please tell,them to stop screaming and banging but they just ignored me. Then our phone was ringing through out the night so we had to unplug it. In the morning we couldn’t get near the breakfast area so we just left. Worse experience I have ever had at a hotel."

"The hotel was good. Comfy bed. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags up and down some stairs. The staff did not offer to help with our luggage. That was the biggest bummer. The breakfast was good."
