"We had a nice stay here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is a little dated--right out of the 70s--but generally clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room, like the hotel, was a little dated but fine overall, and had a small balcony. The included buffet breakfast was ample and good. "Beautiful condo style resort with outstanding breakfast. The beaches are terrific, even the free one at the port, but you really need to drive there. The resort is on a steep hilltop (with great views) and unless you're willing to walk up a million stairs you'll need to use your car for the short distance to the beach. The town is close but there's nothing there of interest. The pool is not much more than a soaking tub...small and shallow. Overall, it's an attractive get-away for 2 days or so."

"The hotel was overall good. There was an issue effecting water pressure which meant that no one could use their sink or flush the toilets for several hours. We did not know that the pool had quiet hours in the afternoon where it was closed and did not realize that bathing caps were required in the pool. The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, with a private area for the hotel available at additional cost. It is also next to a fantastic farmers market and within a few minute walk of the heart of the city. Despite the minor issues we were happy with our stay and loved the city of Vieste."
