"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a van as there were several of us and the parking lot did not easily accommodate it, but that was our only issue. I’d definitely come back and recommend the hotel. "

The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. "Lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to the old town but not close. Having a car would be better in this location or taxi’s, which are readily available. We drove all around Germany and this was the easiest hotel to park. The staff is lovely and made our stay fantastic. "

"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. We stayed in a tiny house and it was quiet and private. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Trier area. "

They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
