Das Zimmer war oldfashioned eingerichtet- mit Holzmöbel und Plastikdeco. Aber alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl. Insgesamt waren wir recht zufrieden.

あたたかな対応でした

旅行で四日間滞在しました。とてもこじんまりとしたホテルですが清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も温かいです。夜間スタッフはいなくなるため、チェックイン時間が遅れる場合は事前に連絡する必要があります。また、外出から帰るのが遅くなる場合は鍵を持って出たほうがいいです。スタッフがいなくなり玄関も施錠されてしまいます。部屋の鍵に玄関の鍵も付いています。 当たり前ですが、ホテルの説明はドイツ語のみで私は全くわかりませんでした。英語が通じるスタッフもいるのかもしれませんが、チェックアウト時はドイツ語しかできない方だったので、Google翻訳で会話しました。 朝食はパン、チーズ、ハムの種類が豊富で美味しかったです。各テーブルにお花がいけてあったり、キャンドルで飾っていたりと心配りを感じました。 言葉は通じなくても快適に過ごすことができ、対応も親切で素晴らしかったです。

Mit Fritz Schwerin erleben

Wir haben Schwerin als Wochenendstädtetour besucht und waren von unserer Unterkunft im Fritz Hotel überaus zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns das umfangreiche Frühstück. Wir konnten zwischen frisch gekochtem Ei, Spiegelei oder Rührei wählen. Beim übersichtlich und appetitlich arrangierten Büffet fiel auch auf, dass es nur sehr wenig Umverpackungen gab, also Müllvermeidung - sehr gut. Frau Fritz sen. hat uns u.a. wertvolle Tipps zur Stadtrundfahrt in Schwerin gegeben. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, fanden wir die Nähe zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (max. 200m) sehr nützlich.

Unser Zimmer war über eine steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar, deren oberstes Podest nach vorne abschüssig war, nichts für ältere oder ängstliche Menschen. Andere Zimmer bieten sicherlich anderen Service. Das Bad ohne gute Belüftung, insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv war die Ruhe, trotz der Zentrumsnähe direkt am Capitol.
