One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had

This hotel is a hidden gem. I literally booked this on the same morning upon arrival for a 5 night stay of my solo travels. The hotel ended up blowing me away. The service of the family who runs is it simply impeccable. Every interaction from arrival until check-out you could truly feel the love and passion they have for this place and their guests. I got a big room with a double bed (although I had booked. a single room, which was nice touch). Huge balcony overlooking the mountains, big bathroom and very comfortable bed. The restaurant area is very cute and an amazing brunch was included. During the sunny morning you get to enjoy breakfast on the terrace right next to the river overlooking the mountains. Since I stayed during the summer period, I got a lift card for the gondolas + bus ticket card included in my stay - amazing service. There's also an amazing spa and sauna area in the basement which all looked very new. Location is excellent - bus stop right outside the door and a supermarket in the ground floor of the building. Overall a 10/10 stay. Already looking for an opportunity come back!

Trevlig vistelse

Vi hade en mycket bra upplevelse av det här hotellet. Incheckning gick mycket bra. Personen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig och informerade om allt relevant. Vi fick även goda tips om utflykter och bra matställen i byn. Rummen är rymliga och väldigt fina. Städningen fungerar oklanderligt. Spa-avdelningen var uppskattad efter dagens aktiviteter. Det finns pool, och flera olika typer av bastu. Vi kan rekommendera hotellet till andra.

Erstklassiges Hotel.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, 3 verschiedenen Saunen, einen sehr schönen Pool mit Massagedüsen und einem Wirlpool, dazu gab es auch noch einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Das Zimmer war erste Sahne. Dankeschön für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Es war sehr schön! Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war das Zimmer. Es leuchtete bis spät in die Nacht ein Licht in unser Zimmer., es ließe sich leider nicht verdunkeln. Jedoch alles andere Super!!! auch der kleine Spa Bereich einfach spitze. Die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett und haben uns sogar persönlich das Zimmer gezeigt.

It’s a beautiful facility nestled into the heart of a world-class ski region. The service and facility were both outstanding; not a huge facility, so, therefore, not overcrowded like other spas. I would highly recommend!

Situation : Au cœur du village donc situation plus qu'idéale ! Accueil : Exceptionnel ! Nous avons rarement été aussi bien reçus dans un hôtel ! Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Bravo au fils des patrons pour la qualité de son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Ambiance / déco : Hôtel chalet très typique, très bien décoré, avec goût. La salle du petit déjeuner est très jolie et typique. Chambre : Chambre spacieuse à la décoration très typique, dotée dune grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Très propre. Le seul hic est peut être au niveau de la douche, un peu petite, et un petit pommeau de douche. Petit-déj : du sucré, du salé, en abondance et avec des produits frais de qualité ! Parfait Prestations : Au Top ! L'espace SPA est parfait. Le seul hic serait peut être au niveau du comportement de certains touristes, mais l’hôtel n'y peut rien.! En effet, problème culturel où les hommes allemands se mettent nus dans le spa... D'autres touristes ne respectent pas le calme attendu dans un SPA ...
