"Pros: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Cons: Lack of amenities - need to request for toiletries, no body lotion in room but available for purchase. Minimalist room - only one small table in the superior twin room, no refrigerator. First requested kettle was broken, no room to put the tray with kettle and mugs but on a chair. Nowhere to plug in the electric kettle but at the bathroom sink."
