"Our family reunion at Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few months old, and it shows in every detail, modern design, immaculate spaces, and a sense that everything is operating at its best. The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel standards. The pool and spa area are equally impressive, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and longer stays. Overall, a standout experience. For a new hotel, the level of execution is unusually high."

"Great experience, short distance to the U.S. Army installation. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sauna rooms were top notch!!"

"From front desk to the restaurant, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Delicious food and great service. Would highly recommend. Beware that the garage on premises will barely accommodate compact cars - even medium size won’t fit. There is a parking garage nearby though that will fit any size."

"The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so noise wasn’t an issue even with the window open."

"Perfect place to stay in Weiden. I was able to walk to restaurants, stores and go for a long walk. The room had AC which was a plus during the hot summer season. I appreciate the the fact that it had a cosmetic mirror. Smell things in life that makes your stay. The staff was friendly. Would stay there again. "
