Great value for the money.. it is a very clean and very efficiently run hotel. The room we had was a decent size and the bathroom was fine. The staff is what makes this place great. All are very helpful and kind. And there’s a free breakfast. Not vast selections, but pretty good. We enjoyed it there.

Bit disappointed...
Very nice hotel, but only for winter or cold months. No AC in the hotel. Room was small but nice, but what was worst it was like oven. If you would like to drink you have to buy from vending machine which does not accept all cards and €3 for bottle of still water is rip off.

Smartino Hotel
Easy to find which was a plus. Parking was on site and easy to access with luggage (and free). Rooms very small, but efficient and spotless. Facility appeared to be new. Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful. Located on the hill above a beautiful historic town.

A very modern hotel with very helpful staff.
I very much enjoyed my four night stay in this hotel. The room was nicely arranged with a very comfortable bed. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was just right for my needs with a good variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, bread rolls with jams, meats and cheeses on offer.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hotel that lives up to its name in all aspects
Hotel immaculate. The girl on reception was happy to feed us in our late arrival at 10pm, and it was much appreciated. The mattress was superb and the room so quiet. Breakfast was amazing and nothing a problem to the hosts.

Schönes Designhotel. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem etwas besonderen Hotel zu sein. Schönes, ausreichend großes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Modernes Einchecken in der nacht am Terminal. Gutes Frühstück.

Günstige gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Schwäbisch Hall. Wenn man nur schlafen will ideal. Ansonsten weit ab vom Zentrum. Frühstück geht so. Kleinere Brötchen gibt’s wohl nirgends aber es ist immerhin dabei 👍

Hallo Andreas,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben für Ihre Bewertung.Das smartino ist 3 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber 200m vom Hotel fährt der Bus und man ist in 10 Minuten da - ohne lästiges Parkplatzsuchen!Unsere Brötchen sind vielleicht klein, aber nur so können Sie alle 6 Brötchensorten probieren. Einfach zugreifen bis der Frühstückshunger gestillt ist!Herzliche Grüße aus Schwäbisch Hall

Am Abend niemand an der Rezeption. Einchecken per Automat funktioniert, spuckt dann eine Zimmerkarte aus und informiert nicht über die Zimmernummer! Nottelefon konnte auch nicht helfen. Musste sämtliche Zimmer durchprobieren bis ich mein Zimmer gefunden habe. Sehr unerfreuliche Erfahrung

Entgegen Ihrer Aussage wird dort im Display immer die Zimmernummer angezeigt. Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sauber, Frühstück ist überschaubar und die Plätze sind begrenzt, Service beim Empfang war ernüchternd. Buchung erfolgte über expedia, jedoch werde ich dort nie wieder buchen, solange deren Service so miserable ist. Zunächst habe ich eine falsch ausgestellte Rechnugngmit falschem Betrag erhalten, danach keine Orginalrechnung mehr nach meiner Reklamation. Eine Reklamation bei expedia ist enorm aufwendig, da zu meiner Email eine Fehlermeldung erfolgte und ein "Chat" auf der Internetseite auch nicht zielführend war, erst ein Anruf mit magerem Ergebnis. Meine nächste Hotelbuchung werde ich sicher nicht mehr über expedia abwickeln. Hotel ist gut, von expedia bin ich sehr enttäuscht.

Super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Kurztrip, alles modern und sauber, Personal sehr nett und engagiert. Zimmer zwar klein, aber modern, Frühstück gut. Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
