"Parking was great. No extra charge and close to the complex. Room was clean and staff was awesome. Room was not ready at check in time, which was very frustrating. ( others had same issue) We needed to change clothes..... staff was apologetic. No hot water the next morning!!!! Not a good stay. "

"This is going to be our designated hotel stay spot for when we visit family in town. Suite rooms are the perfect size for 2-3 adults and 3 kids. The pool is also a great temperature! "

The security cameras and lighting were absent. Never in a million years did I think my plain Nissan Rogue would get broken into at a 4-5 star hotel. But, it happened and I think the hotel needs to be accountable for better security. "
