"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"Personal sehr unmotiviert, wenig entgegenkommend. Check in sollte bis 20 Uhr sein. (Ich habe diesbezüglich vorher 2mal telefonisch nachgefragt). Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, plötzlich erhielten wir einen Anruf, dass der Check-in nur bis 18 Uhr möglich ist. Das war sehr unschön. Schließlich haben wir aber eine Lösung mit der Schlüsselbox gefunden. Warum nicht gleich so?"
