"Wij hadden een appartement met balkon en uitzicht op bergen geboekt. Speciaal naar gezocht, want ik ski zelf niet en ben dus veel in het appartement. Maar ons appartement had geen balkon, alleen een mini buitenruimte op de begane grond en er was al helemaal geen uitzicht op de bergen, maar uitzicht op een hoge grijze muur!!
