"Huge room, clean, quiet"

"If you are looking for impeccable service, plush accommodations, and a peaceful stay, this is your hotel. I am writing this as I sit on a down couch overlooking the rolling hills on a winter, but sunny day with the Christmas tree twinkling next to me. The staff here has been top notch and has gone above and beyond for my family. You have a choice in pillows, comfy down comforters, plush towels in a beautiful old world style hotel. I would love to see the hotel in spring and summer as I can only imagine the pool and sun deck to be superb. Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful establishment. "

"The spa was great but I’ve been at hotels were the spa was included with the room. Also, the eggs other than scrambled would have been great. The staff was very cordial and helpful and the room was always kept clean and in good order. "

"Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money. "

"This is not a hotel really but a country Inn at the top of a mountain, I loved it. Alessia, the Innkeeper, is the kindest , most attentive person, she will go out of her way to satisfy the guests' needs. A quiet, bucolic spot, distant from town, there is no public transportation, a car is needed. "
