"Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, groß, hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Burg Ambiente hat das ganze abgerundet. Das Personal, das für die Zimmer und auch für das Restaurant zuständig war, war engagiert aber leider überfordert. Man merkte, dass sie unerfahren und nicht gut angelernt waren. Schade, denn so war der Restaurant-Besuch eher ein Ärgernis, denn eine Freude. Das Essen ansich war ok. "

There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "
