The housekeeping staff was outstanding. The check in and concierge staff were great. The bar staff was service was so terrible, we ended up leaving. Sat there for 10 mins, bartenders were behind the bar but didn’t acknowledge us.

Archer Hotel Napa
Room was very well-appointed and spacious. Loved the corner seating area we had as it was great for sipping wine in the evening and sipping coffee in the morning. Staff was wonderful - answering any questions we had. Appreciated the complimentary wine at check-in.
