Great. Very friendly

Beautiful spot in the middle of the town, very clean, lovely and helpful staff, place very quiet. Good for holiday trips and perfect for the business trip. Recommended!!

Great service for a difficult guest (me)! In a good location. Clean. Fresh breakfast

Wonderful! I am a regular traveller and I'm quite particular about the hotels I stay in. This was perfect. I had a studio room which was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. It had everything I needed to ample wardrobe space, desk, ample power sockets, en suite and comfortable bed. I slept really well, which is what a hotel should be all about. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the restaurant, but this is shut on Mondays. However, the recommended the...

Lovely guest house, immaculate, very good breakfast. Could park motorbike out of view from the road. Shame the cafe just up the road was closed, so we had the venture out for evening food

Ideal location - 5 min walk from the city centre and most of the top attractions around Brussels. Airport is 30 min drive and about €40 by uber so perfect place overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and overall hotel room, facilities were great

Great room, very quiet, in quirky hotel close to Brussels main attractions. 10 Minute walk to Grand Place and it was very close to Place St Catherine which is buzzy with restaurants and bars

Love the hotel itself, staffs are very helpful. Only the area seems to be very rough.

It was a quick one night stay for a business trip. I ended up in the Mercure as the hotel I booked was over booked. However, they found a very acceptable room for me. As I had pre-paid I just needed to find the city tax so was very happy with my stay.

The hotel was in a great walkable location from the centre of Brussels and the train station. The staff were very friendly and held our bags after checkout. Our room was also lovely and nicely decorated along with the restaurant and waiting area.

Very good hotel at a good price. Excellent location for restaurants. On site parking but at additional 18.5 euro cost for 1 night. Would use again.

Having stayed in the town on two other occasions at other "hotels" I was disappointed by the quality of rooms available. The Tower hotel is only one month old and that means everything is new. The building is modern, the rooms are stylishly furnished, wifi is excellent and the breakfast room at the top of the building affords a fantastic view of the entire town. All the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I do business in the area.

This hotel is an absolute gem, especially if you are travelling on the Eurostar. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient. The hotel is attached to the train station so I always find it very straightforward, especially if I am coming in late on the Eurostar or setting off early. The staff are very friendly and breakfast is enjoyable. Hotel is clean and I find the beds really comfortable. Worth nothing that you can check out late for ten euros an hour which can be really handy for the...
