"The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean and neat. Comfortable bed. The area surrounding the hotel isn't a hell hole but we saw some seedy characters and picked up our pace walking back to hotel. For a one night stay with a flight the next morning, it really served us well with the hotel being attached to the train station. "

We stashed the luggage for many hours and came back and staff was happy to bring them out. Splotless every where. The room was spacious enough to have a table and 2 lounge chairs. "By far the best value for money stay I have ever had for a personal trip. The hotel in unbelievably well located (restaurants, metro station, grocery stores and less than 10 minutes to the Grand Place). Given all that you'd think the price is outrageous, the location is questionable or the amenities are limited. None of that is the case. Modern, clean and reasonably priced. And the service was par excellence! They had karaoke night and a concert the two nights I stayed. Special shoutout to Antonio S. who checked me in. He was awesome!"
