Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. "The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Rodriguez. I greatly appreciated her recommendations. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast service. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and given the hotel's international clientele, having more English-speaking staff available would enhance the guest experience."
