"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...
