Reception gentleman was wonderful; he printed out my departure transportation, complicated as the train tracks were being worked on. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, anxious to make my stay satisfying.

Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very ...
