"What a shame ... Invest a little on decor and either more staff or refocus the staff on customer service and this incredible building could feel worth it's expensive room rate. Pretty much every initial impression was poor ..reception abrupt with guests, no offer of bag drop or early check in, bar man unwelcoming and potentially overworked..
