Very friendly couple who go the extra mile to help you. Clean rooms. Ours was smaller than a bedroom, but we managed. Too small for hotel, ok for bnb (or cheaper rate)

With did not stay, few days prior to our trip with have family problems, we try to cancel but owner never wanted to report or stay or cancel. So pay for nothing. In my opinion is a bad way to serve a customer

This property was chosen for its location, and the positive ratings from other Expedia guests, and I was very pleased that we stayed there. It is a very small hotel, seven units by the looks of it, adjacent to a campground on the shores of Lac Malcom. Check in time is limited, and the owners contacted us just prior to our arrival to make sure that the check in would be smooth if we were arriving after hours - as it was we were well within the times, but it shows the level of care and concern the owners have for their guests. Check in was smooth, and our room was wonderful - with access to a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. We picked up dinner nearby and ate on the deck, enjoying watching people in canoes and paddleboards, and a diving loon. We had an absolutely stunning sunset and moon rise over the lake. The beds were comfortable, lots of space, and reasonably accessible for my 90 year old father to get into the shower. My brother likes to hike in the morning, and found an ATV trail nearby which he followed for a distance before returning to the inn. No breakfast available, but there are options nearby. Overall a very lovely place to stop while enroute from New Brunswick to Quebec City

Unexpected Gem!
My wife and I stayed for a night at Auberge du Lac Malcom. Comfortable room, fridge, great shower, comfy bed plus an unexpected bonus was a patio door that opened to a spacious patio with picnic table, overlooking Lac Malcom ... perfect for pizza and wine to unwind after some amazing driving through the Matapedia Valley earlier in the day.

Great place need more services to be excellent
Wonderful place, the only problem was that very little choices to eat around the place; since there aren’t any kitchenette in the room you have to go to the nearest village to eat; this means you’ll eat greasy spoon ! I wish that the pool be open later than 5pm

The Auberge is lake front with nice view and offers some activities on water, such as pedal boats, kayak etc. The room is big and clean with spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The environment was perfect. It worth to stay a day and enjoy the silence of the lake, however before settling in, you need to bring everything you need to eat with you. There are no shops or restaurants around this place.

Big room, the view is beautiful, you can rent pedal boats and canoes (we did), it has a playground for kids.The lady at the reception is lovely and helpful. If you don’t want to leave the place to eat just go to a Marche and buy the food you need to cook and do it in the room, it seems to have all you need. We didn't cook, we drove to a delicious restaurant 20 minutes away.
