"Wow where to start with this review other than Fantastic from arrival to departure.For many hotels the presence of the General Manager is non existent, but not here from the welcome to overview from GM truly personal and excellent. "We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Earth, our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are very peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and restaurant staff outstanding. The pool area was large and the pool itself clean. Only minor issue with the facilities was the gym which was a bit disappointing, the equipment being dated and in need of a good clean, but still usable. The evening entertainment, magician and bands were very good. I would be happy to return and to recommend to others. "

" stayed for one night. The hotel were amazing and the staff were helpful. Heavy rain closed the national park and they gave us a refund for our second night not questions asked. Brilliant location with friendly staff would recommend. "

"I came from Toronto, I booked hotel for 3 nights with the family, On my 1st day, I told morning while leaving hotel to clean my room, and the guy (he is the owner and was drunk i know later on) did not even open the door for us i had a 2 bags and my wife was holding a baby(10 months old) in her arm, did not even provide us the key, i have to take keys by myself from the reception. This guy (he is the owner and was drunk i know later on) does not clean the dishes from morning breakfast from our room and replying rudely with us. Here is the picture attached. Also there are blankets and bedsheets in our closet. Worst hotel ever I stayed. I paid in dollars but hotel does not worth it. I still have 2 more days and I will update the review later on if something happens."
