Truly a luxury experience from the second you walk in. Was kindly greeted with champagne (free refills all day if you please). Staff was helpful and professional. Turn over service was tidy. Comfiest bed i've ever slept on! Bedding and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Could have stayed in that room all day. Wish I had more time to spend an afternoon at the pool, but the rooftop cocktail bar is amazing (especially at night) 10/10 will book again when in Savannah.

Wonderful location - better than riverfront. Staff was courteous and welcoming. They will hold luggage all day and valet will hold car after checkout. So you can continue to explore. They also encourage you to come back and use the amenities. They have two buildings - across the street from each other. Both were lovely.

Nick and Jenni were AWESOME!!!! Nick met us as we got out of the car, took our bags in and got us complimentary drinks, while Jenni was so nice and friendly checking us in and answering any questions we had! The team at The Perry Lane hotel from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is incredible and truly makes your stay first class luxurious!

Very centrally located. Some nice perks with champagne each day if you wanted it and roof top deck and pool were very nice. Only two thinks we didn't like, 1) no coffee maker in the room. You get a cup of free coffee downstairs but it would be nice to have it in your room as in other places and 2) there were really only two drawers, large but only two. Other than these two minor things, we very much enjoyed it and would stay there again

This is a first class hotel and the staff are all SUPER nice and accommodating. We are SO glad we stayed here. If I could make one minor recommendation, it would be to have coffee available in both lobbies in the morning. We stayed in one building and had to go outside and over to the main building to get coffee to take back to the room. At least have carriers so that we could take 4 cups back without having to do a second time. Very minor but for what we paid for our room, this minor change would have been welcomed !! We are a bit taken back that we were charged $52 per night for valet parking. Maybe that is the norm in Savannah ? This is a premium boutique hotel and we were in heaven ! Our room and bathroom were the ultimate!!

Lighting in bathroom vanity was too dim. Needs brighter bulbs or better fixtures. No dresser in the room for clothes storage. Very inconvenient living out of a suitcase. Room was very nice and had plenty of room for a dresser.

Perry Lane was perfect. It was close to everything, the staff was extremely friendly and the decor was the best. I will be back! Also to note, I traveled there with my two kids and they loved it as well!

Th Perry Lane Hotel was beautiful! The room was clean, nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The service was great and we utlilized the house car often. We wanted to use the ebike, but were nervou to drive around when there were a lot of cars and people, early a, but we never woke up early enough...we were on vacation after all. Staff were helpful and freindly. We walked up to the new roof top bar which was beautiful, and they forgot about out food order. No big deal, it was late, we sat in a far off corner near on of the fire pits. When we left the manager asked us if we needed everything else and we told her what happened. She comped our drinks and offered to comp our lunch for the next day. So nice of her. This oversight was not a big deal bc we were "hidden" and it was late. Anyway, when we return to Savanah, I would not look at another hotel and will stay at Perry Lane. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good! 5/5 stars!!

This was honestly one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. They really bring the term hospitality to life. You're greeted by super friendly staff upon check in and whenever you walk into the hotel. While checking in, you're offered sparkling wine. There's complimentary coffee and tea all day. Room was very clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I kept joking that it was like I was falling asleep on a cloud. Shower was amazing!! The hotel had a restaurant. We had a delicious breakfast there. Everything here just felt really thoughtful, warm and inviting. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!!
